Returns

You have the right to change your mind and cancel your purchase of a product within 14 days from the date of delivery, without having to give any reason for the cancellation.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please send an email to hej@moova.baby. In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right to cancel.

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the goods without notifying us at the same time.

As a customer, you must pay all costs associated with the return and you are responsible for any damage to the goods during shipping.

Returns

Once you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

All shipping and handling costs associated with the return are paid by the customer, who is also responsible for any damage incurred during transportation.

Product condition

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can test and evaluate the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you shouldn’t actually use it.

If the product has been used in any other way than described above, we consider it as used, which means that the purchase amount will only be refunded partially or not at all if the purchase is canceled.

We recommend returning the item in its original packaging. If original packaging is missing, this may result in a decrease in the value of the item.

Repayment

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back provided you have canceled your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. If the item is damaged, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable. We will refund you your money, including any delivery costs we charged for shipping your purchase (excluding additional delivery costs if you have chosen a delivery method other than the low-cost standard delivery we offer).

We will refund the money to the same payment method you used to make the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We will withhold payment until we receive the product unless you send us proof that the product has been returned.
