  1. Ordering and payment

Order confirmation

We will send an order confirmation to the email address you have provided as soon as your order is registered in our system. In the order confirmation you will find all details about your purchased products, price, billing information and shipping information. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam and junk folders before contacting us.

If there is something wrong with the order confirmation, please contact us immediately at hej@moova.baby.

Payment

MOOVA ApS accepts credit card payments (VISA, VISA-Dankort, Mastercard) and accelerated payment methods (MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

All price currencies are displayed based on your geolocation (EUR, DKK) and include your local VAT. All UK customs duties are included and paid by MOOVA ApS.

The payment amount for your order will be reserved in your bank account until your order is shipped. Payment is deducted from your account after your order has been shipped.

MOOVA ApS uses industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is required. SSL allows our server to automatically establish a secure connection with your web browser. When you enter your credit card number in the order form, it is encrypted, transmitted over the internet and then decoded when it reaches us.

  1. Shipping

MOOVA ApS delivers via GLS (unless otherwise stated) to the recipient. Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

We ship the order the same day you place your order if the order is placed before 12:00. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be shipped the following business day. As MOOVA ApS cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, MOOVA ApS cannot state with certainty when the goods will be delivered to the customer’s address. In cases where the requested item is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you with information on the further process. As a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase if the entire service is delayed in relation to the agreement.

When you buy through our webshop, shipping rates are added and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method we deem most suitable for each order.

We ship worldwide, except USA/Canada. Products purchased and delivered within the EU are covered by the national VAT of the country where the product will be used and are not subject to any additional costs. Please note that products shipped outside the EU may be subject to local VAT and taxes. You should check with your local regulations for information on this.

  1. Returns and complaints

4.1 Warranty

MOOVA ApS is covered by a limited warranty. We will replace any purchase that is defective due to a manufacturing defect free of charge.

MOOVA ApS cannot be held responsible for misuse, vandalism or similar external factors beyond our control.

If your purchase is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us and provide us with photo documentation and we will strive to find a solution.

According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, the product comes with a 2-year warranty. The warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship.

Our customers are entitled to a 24-month warranty. If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get a refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific circumstances.

If you receive a defective product, you must inform us within two months of discovering the defect.

If your complaint is justified, we will refund your shipping costs (within reason). The item must always be returned in suitable packaging and remember to include a shipping receipt so we can refund your shipping costs.

When returning the item, please provide a detailed description of your complaint and send us an email to hej@moova.baby. Returns will not be accepted as cash on delivery (COD).

4.2 Right of withdrawal

You have the right to change your mind and cancel a product purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason for the cancellation.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please send an email to hej@moova.baby. In your message, please clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to accept the goods without notifying us at the same time.

As the customer, you are responsible for all costs of the return and you are responsible for any damage to the goods during the return shipment.

4.3 Returns

Once you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

All return and handling costs are paid by the customer, who is also responsible for any damage incurred during return transportation.

4.3.1 Condition of the item

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can test and evaluate the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you should not use it.

If the product has been used in ways other than described above, we consider the products as used, which means that the purchase amount will only be refunded partially or not at all if the purchase is canceled.

We recommend returning the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a decrease in the value of the item.

4.3.2 Repayment

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back if you have canceled your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. If the item has deteriorated, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund your money, including any delivery costs that we have charged you for shipping your purchase (excluding any additional delivery costs if you have chosen a delivery method other than the low standard delivery we offer).

We will refund the money to the same payment method you used to make the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We will withhold payment until we receive the product unless you send us proof that the product has been returned.
